Process of translation
Project team: we are capable of treating files of practically any format. Upon the reception of the projects, we will read the text and calculate the volume of words with any necessary preliminary treatment. For large project, a project manager will be assigned to be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the project. Project teams are defined according to the various professions, and each project team has a project manager, profession expert, professional translator, senior auditor, software engineer, each of which has vast professional experience and background.
Communication and contact
Through telephone, internet, the customers will be kept in contact about the quality requirements, time limits, which will be translated into the translation planning by the project manager. The customer will make the decision of whether or not the project will be assigned. At the same time, the professional terminologies will be kept consistent with the requirements of the customer, and the customer will please furnish us with maximum related background information and support.
Signing of contracts: To secure the rights and performance of duties of both parties, the timely and correct translation, contract for translation, non-disclosure agreement are usually signed and at the same time forward payment is required and subject to negotiation according to the occasion.
Analysis and planning: The project will be defined by the project manager according to the nature of the text to assign the project to the related project team. Upon the acceptance of the project, our correspondent project team starts work, and each project team is capable of sufficient communication to assure the quality and progress of project.
Establishment of glossary: Linguistic experts define the style of language, list the terminologies and keywords and the related reference files. The translator is responsible for the whole text according to the reference files and glossary given by the linguistic experts. Those uncertain words and phrases are subject to the discussion of the experts.
Translation: The translators keep each other informed during the whole process of translation, and the translated text is subject to critical audits. The project manager is supervising the whole progress of translation. The project of tight time limit and large volume will be assigned to multiple translation groups for the quality of translation and the generalization of the terminologies. The various requirements will be analyzed and professional terminologies will be generalized. Style of language and the format of translated texts will be defined too.
Coordinated Control: The project manager coordinates the whole process of translation and problems identified in the translation will be addressed in the shortest time to spare the customers from any concerns.
Triple auditing: Upon the conclusion of translation, we perform three times of audit by senior auditors. Foreign experts will be assigned to the audit when necessary to check the professional terminologies, data and spelling. Perfect is pursued even on punctuation for the ultimate quality assurance of the translation.
Acceptance by the Customers The translated text will be sent to customers vie FTP, email, received and delivered for free, laser printed and delivery to the customer in CD for free.
Quality Tracking: The project management team or project manager will thoroughly check the translated text to guarantee the compliance of the text to the original text. No matter when, the after sales service will solve the problems indicated by the customer about the quality till the satisfaction of the customer is reached within specified time space.
